Richard is an accomplished individual with a diverse background spanning over 12 years in the military and a successful 25-year career as a senior executive. With his expertise as an Author, Executive Coach, and Life Coach, Richard brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table.

During his tenure in the United States Navy, Richard served with distinction, including a remarkable role as a Company Commander (RDC), where he honed his leadership skills and trained nine divisions at Recruit Training Command, Great Lakes, Illinois. His dedication and commitment personally prepared over 800 sailors undergoing "boot Camp" for their naval careers and he was subsequently nominated for the Navy's Distinguished Leadership Award.

Richard also served aboard the USS Forrestal CV-59, an aircraft carrier stationed in Mayport, Florida, and the USS Pensacola LSD-38, an amphibious ship supporting special operations groups such as EOD and Seal Team Ten at NAB Little Creek, Virginia. Motivated by the events of 9/11, Richard extended his military service for an additional two years with the Army National Guard.

Recognized as a Certified Navy Instructor, Richard played a vital role in the Navy's Command Training Team. Through conducting classes on leadership, team building, effective communication, career counseling, and other essential success strategies, he contributed significantly to the development of enlisted and officer-ranked personnel.

Transitioning to the business world after his honorable discharge, Richard embarked on a remarkable 25-year journey, successfully ascending the corporate ladder in industries such as training, education, and technology. His extensive experience led him to successfully establish his own consulting business and currently serves as a trusted consultant and coach to aspiring executives, entrepreneurs, and other individuals across diverse sectors.

Richard is a seasoned professional with a wealth of experience in navigating complex corporate landscapes, fostering leadership development, and providing executive and life coaching. His impressive qualifications include certification in SPIN Selling, Michael Dryall Management Systems (MDMS), and Sandler Sales Management. Additionally, he holds the title of Certified Law of Attraction Advanced Practitioner (LACP) and is a Certified Life Coach accredited by IAP Career College. Richard is also a respected IAOP International Association of Professional Life Coaches member.
